Terms Of Use

Link Building Elite ['LBE' hereafter] operates the following policies of use.

1. LBE and your Relationship.

Your use of LBE products, and/or services and websites (referred to collectively as the “Services” in this document) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and LBE. This document explains how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement.

2. Accepting the Terms

In order to use the LBE services, you must fully agree to the Terms. You may not use the LBE services if you do not accept the Terms.

You can accept the Terms by actually using the services by placing an order. Hereby, you understand and agree that LBE will treat your use of the services as acceptance of these terms from that point onwards.

You may therefore not use the Services and may not accept the Terms.

3. LBE Provision of the Services

Where LBE is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible service for its clients, you acknowledge and agree that the nature of the service which LBE provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

As a result of the above you acknowledge and agree that LBE may stop (temporarily) providing the service requested (or any part within the service) without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time.

4. Your Use of the LBE Service

In order to access certain Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself, your business or website (such as identification or contact details) in order to fulfil the requirements of the third parties involved. You agree that any registration information you give will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services.

5. Privacy and your personal information

For information about LBE data protection practices, please see the Privacy Policy explaining how LBE treats your personal information and protects your privacy.

You agree to the use of your data in accordance with the LBE Privacy Policy.

6. Content Licence from you

You always retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in content which you submit through the LBE services. You gibe LBE the right to alter, ammend and submit such information to be mutually beneficial between both parties.

7. Ending your relationship with Neenco

The terms here will continue to apply until terminated by either you or LBE as agreed below.

If you want to terminate your legal agreement with LBE you may do so by either notifying LBE at any time by telephone, email or in writing.

LBE may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you if LBE is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the Services to you is, or becomes, unlawful); if the partner(s) with whom LBE offered the services to you has terminated its relationship with LBE or ceased to offer the service; if the provision of the services to you offered by LBE is, in LBE's opinion, no longer commercially viable.

Should these Terms come to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations and liabilities that you and LBE have benefited from, shall be unaffected by this cessation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these terms shall exclude or limit LBE’s liability for losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law.

9. Content

LBE services may include hyperlinks to other websites or content or resources. LBE may have little or no control over any websites or resources which are provided by companies or persons other than LBE. You acknowledge and agree that LBE is not responsible for the availability of any such external sites or resources in addition to not being liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of the availability of those external sites or resources.

10. Changes to the Terms

LBE has the right to make changes to these terms at eny time without warning. If changes are made they will be available on the Terms of Service page.

11. General legal terms

The terms written here constitute the legal agreement between you and LBE and govern your use of the services.

These terms, including your relationship with LBE under these terms, shall be governed by English law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to resolve any legal matter arising from these terms.
